Floor Trusses

Our expert design team can customize your floor trusses to your exact specifications:

Custom utility chases built into the truss to allow for easy HVAC, electrical and plumbing installation; eliminating the need for vertical chases in your floor plan
Floor trusses with trimmable ends can provide even more flexibility in customization
Trimmable ends can be added to one or both ends of your floor truss and can be trimmed to ensure a perfect fit to every job
Our floor truss systems are available in many different widths and sizes to make customizing easy
Floor trusses give you 3 ½" surface for fastening floor and ceilings instead of the traditional 1 ½" - 1 ¾"

Designs that are spacious as well as unique and practical. We will walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. Your truss design must work and work well.

On-Site Delivery

At Delta Building Center Truss Division, we commit ourselves to keeping you on schedule by having your building materials on site quickly. Our turnaround time may vary, but mostly we can deliver trusses and your other engineered wood needs, in 2-3 weeks after approval of your design.
